14th Harpsichord Festival: Darío Cervera

Spanish harpsichordist Darío Cervera will perform the fourth concert of the 14th Harpsichord Festival at the Kadriorg Art Museum.

At the Kadriorg Art Museum, Darío Cervera will present the program “Un tombeau pour Ravel,” which blends French Baroque music with works by 20th-century composers. The concert will feature works by Louis Couperin, Antoine Forqueray, François Couperin, and François d’Agincourt, as well as arrangements inspired by the music of Maurice Ravel, and pieces by Manuel de Falla, Francis Thomé, and Eugène Anthiome.

Darío Cervera

Darío Cervera, a native of Valencia, is an internationally active harpsichordist and pianist. He studied at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre and the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris, and has furthered his studies under the guidance of several renowned early music performers. As a soloist, he has performed throughout Europe and collaborated with conductors such as Ton Koopman, Sébastien Daucé, and Fabio Biondi. He is also active as a chamber musician and is a co-founder of the ensemble Quiebros.
